We listed our home with Cory during a traditionally slow time of the year and expected that due to our location and the timing it would take a little while to sell our home. Cory's presentation was far better than the other agents that we met with and really showcased his strong marketing background and that he knew what it took to get homes sold. We had a very strong offer to purchase our home from a buyer that Cory had secured and went under contract within just a few short weeks. The whole process went very smoothly. before buying your first home you will have friends and family tell you that the realtor will nag you to death and try to sell you anything. well that wasn't the case with Corey, very laid back, knowledgeable in his field, very understanding, and patient with his clients.
