I had the fortune of working with Cory to sell our duplex in the Johnson City community. Form the start Cory was professional and put together a plan to market and promote my home. The experience was unbelievable beginning with the photos he had commissioned for his marketing campaign. The pictures captured my property so beautifully. I was elated when he was able to present an offer from some very enthusiastic buyers just 3 days after listing my duplex. I am so happy I now able to pursue a new opportunity and relocate out of state but even happier that as of today my home will be owned and cared for by people who love it like I do. Cory sold our house after only 6 days on market at around 97% of asking price. Due to listing quality marketing we had 2-3 showings a day during this time. This is exactly what we wanted in our situation. Good communication throughout the listing and sale process. Would definitely recommend.

Cory is very helpful and knowledgeable in realty and he isn't "pushy" at all. He is very patient and communicates very effectively. We must have had him show us the same house about 5 times and he never complained.
