Great agent. Highly professional. Very thorough. Follows up on all of the details. Takes the time to prepare so that visits are very productive and you get an opportunity to see the available properties and neighborhoods. We are primarily interested in potential rental properties near a lake area and we have Cory scouting new properties for us as they become available. He is very good at this a we feel he keeps us abreast of all that is available or becomes available based on our outlined criteria.

We met Cory at an open house he was holding for one of his properties. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions regarding the property and the process involved in purchasing a home. We had just begun seriously considering becoming homeowners and immediately secured him as our realtor. It took awhile to find the right property for us but throughout the process he was patient and told me he was committed to finding us the home of our dreams. He did find us the house that we now call home and was available to answer any questions and handle any issues that arose during the process of closing. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends who are looking to sell and purchase a larger home and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for property of any type. He went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor and I hope anyone reading this review will select him as their realtor of choice.

Cory was amazing from begining to end. Anything I wanted to see was available within a couple days, if not the next day. Cory was always prompt and ready to do anything possible to help in finding me the right home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cory was everything you would want in an agent. He was prompt in calling us back when we had questions. Wow! Probably the most knowledgable and caring realtor out there! Cory helped me find rental property in the tricities. He was very responsive, even answering some of my late night calls. If you are looking to buy or sell, Cory will be there to help. I was even surprised at how he made me a unique Zap account online which i could search for rental properties on!
